昨日は日本食屋さん改装の現場監理。
既存のデザインが和、洋とコンセプトが読めなかったので
デザインを落ち着かせるのに試行錯誤。
できるだけお金をかけないように既存のものはすべて生かす感じでＧＯ。
現場は概ねＯＫでしたが１箇所だけ職人への伝達が旨くできておらず。
ってことで本日以降やり直し。 
オープンまでもう少し。
